Kids Helpline provides 24 hour counselling service for young people between the age of 5 and 25 years old. Counselling is only offered by phone, email and over the web. Kids Helpline counsellors are fully qualified professionals. They are also provided with additional accredited training at Kids Helpline.

Lifeline is a not-for-profit organisation that provides access to crisis support, suicide prevention and mental health support services. This organisation provides national services and campaigns that promote emotional wellbeing, encourage help seeking, and address suicide prevention and awareness.
